Bros that Bake (ages 12-14)
In this fun and interactive class/club, boys ages 12-14 will learn about the science
of baking while learning to make delicious treats! Basic food preparation concepts
and cooking skills including reading a recipe, measuring accurately, kitchen safety
and sanitation will be introduced. Proper use of equipment and essential job skills in
the food industry will be reinforced as well. Students will participate in cooking labs
as well as a variety of classroom activities.
